Concert and opening of the exhibition in the Lostice synagogue.
Main features of the meeting in the Lostice synagogue on Friday 28, 2010 were the evening concert of a meditative music by Oldřich Janota and the opening of the exhibition of Tomáš Vrtal’s photographs. Excellent black and white photographs are documenting a contemporary life of the Jewish Community in the town of Ulman, Ukraine.
The event was very well attended. Organizers would like to thank to all visitors who came
and helped to create a pleasant atmosphere.

During 2007 the Foundation Respect and Tolerance created a new website and put together education programs on DVD and CD titled „Remembering Jewish Families from Lostice, Mohelnice and Usov”. Programs were produced tanks to the financial assistance from the Foundation for Holocaust Victims in Prague and are available to students free of charge.
